Eating is often related to gaining weight. However, this misconception is due to not fully understanding nutritional information. Obviously, if you eat too much without burning any calories, chances are you will gain weight.

Nevertheless, there are some healthy foods that actually help you burn calories quite fast. This is our list of 5 foods that will help you lose weight like crazy! so you can enjoy eating with no fear.

Dairy

The list includes cheese, yogurt and milk. A 2016 review of 33 studies showed that increasing calcium intake through supplements, have helped reduce body weight for people with a normal BMI. In addition, another study revealed that there is no difference between low and high fat versions. In fact, both can reduce the likelihood of becoming overweight.

Salmon

Salmon is typically known for being high on omega-3 fatty acids. In case you didn’t know, they come in handy when trying to lose weight. In fact, research suggests that 2 servings of salmon per week, can increase your metabolism. In addition, salmon helps to lower your cholesterol and clean out your arteries.

Green tea

Actually, both coffee and green tea help you lose weight like crazy. These hot beverages are not only good for your body, but they are proven to keep you in shape. A 2015 scientific report claimed that green tea promotes low carb absorption, and just 2-3 cups of green tea a day can be beneficial to weight loss.

Peanut butter

This one if for your sugar tooth. If you love peanut butter, then this is good news for you. Needless to say, eating a jar of peanut butter will definitely not help you lose weight. However, adding few spoons to your toast will give your body the perfect combo of healthy fat and protein. Make sure to try the ones without added sugar though.

Watermelon

What’s better than watermelon on a hot summer day? Well, eating watermelon can also help you lose weight. This fruit is actually 92 percent water, so not only that it keeps you hydrated, but also full. Furthermore, it contains high levels of antioxidant lycopene plus vitamin A and C. Therefore, watermelon should become your best friend next summer.
