Get Rid Of Your Double Chin In One Week

Who likes having a layer of fat under their chin? Nobody! So when you start gaining some pounds, it’s easily noticed through the layer under your jaw. Although there are various ”natural” remedies and treatments, you can also opt for a quicker process to get rid of a double chin…Like what?

Well, according to health experts, there exist two ways to get that chin fat to disappear quickly. First, a laser based treatment called lipolysis. Additionally, ”Mesotherapy, a minimally invasive procedure that delivers small amounts of fat-dissolving compounds through a series of injections.” Luckily, we don’t need to resort to such expensive operations, except for extreme situations. Here are few simple and easy things you can do to get rid of a double chin, quickly, naturally and pain-free.

Start a New Diet

First things first: Food intake is a key element in the process of gaining/loosing weight. Besides having a balanced diet, you need to maximize your nutrients gains, and lower anything carbs. Moreover, since a double chin is particular mass of fat, it might actually require more changes to your diet. According to experts: You need to eat more protein, legumes twice a week, avoid all processed food, control your portions and drink plenty of water regularly.

Excerice Regularly

In addition improving your food intake, physical activity remains more than necessary to burn calories and fat. As per doctors, a double chin ”is often associated with weight gain, but you don’t have to be overweight to have one. Genetics or looser skin resulting from aging may also cause a double chin.” That being said, exercising regularly and targeting cardio workouts is only in your benefit.

Workouts For Your Jaw

Tongue stretch: Look straight ahead, stick your tongue out, and then lift your tongue upward and toward your nose. Stay in this position for 10 seconds, then release.

Neck stretch: Try to tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Then, press your tongue against the roof of your mouth and hold for 5 seconds before releasing.

Bottom jaw jut: You will need to keep your head tilted. Carefully, turn your head to the right. Then, slide your bottom jaw forward.Hold for 5 to 10 seconds and release. You can also do the same round for the left.
