As confirmed cases of Covid-19 continue to skyrocket, self-isolement is undoubtedly the only way to stop the spread of this deadly virus. Furthermore, celebrities are increasingly joining the movement, by raising awareness about the importance of ”staying home.”

Fortunately, since gyms are being closed, many training companies and brands made their virtual workouts accessible, and free of charge. Celebs are also trying to help, by sharing their workout routines on social media, in order to encourage people to continue with their healthy lifestyles while at home.
